#1 Dogue de bordeaux
The Bordeaux is a very powerful dog, with a very muscular body. The massive head is a crucial breed characteristic. This does not let a potential enemy clutch his throat.
They don`t trust strangers, wary of guests, so people consider these dogs as great guard dogs.
But if you want to own one, you should remember that you need to pay attention to dog training and regular exercise. Then the dog will be obedient. He will comprehend quickly what is expected of him, which he accomplishes with pleasure.
#2 Cane Corso
Cane Corso is a powerful dog having a muscular body and fierce muzzle. This dog is docile and affectionate to the owner, loving with family, and easy to train.
They are the perfect guard dogs and will protect you and your property. But without regular training and exercise they can become very aggressive not only toward strangers but toward you too.
#3 Tibetan mastiff
Tibetan mastiff is one of the largest dog breeds. These dogs have a double coat which is long, subject to climate, so they can live in a dog house outside. On the other hand, such a fur coat requires daily care, which can be a problem for the owner.

Great Dane is a large domestic dog breed. They are known for their friendly nature and seeking physical affection with their owners. They generally do not exhibit extreme aggressiveness. Great Danes are a very gentle and loving dog, they make friends with children. However, if not properly socialized, a Great Dane may become fearful or aggressive towards strangers, other animals.
So you should pay attention to your dog's socialization and daily exercise. You should train your Great Dane gently, without any cruelty. Great Dane is very vindictive and can easily take revenge.
#5 Boerboel
Boerboel is a large guard dog breed. They are an intelligent and energetic breed. They are loyal, great with children, and tend to be protective of their family and territory.
They get along hard with other animals, but will never offend puppies and young children.
If you take any mistake in your dog training and socialization, the Boerboel will be practically uncontrollable. The Boerboels, having attacked the victim, may no longer let her go alive.
