#9 The animal does not need to clean its ears, cut its nails or bathe in water. Chinchillas take only sand baths, and they monitor personal hygiene on their own.
#10 Chinchillas have strong immunity, no congenital or genetic diseases. Therefore, animals do not need vaccinations.
#11 Even if a couple of rodents live in the cage, the female will bring offspring only once every eight months.
#12 Due to the fact that in nature, chinchillas have almost no enemies, it does not have certain attributes of protection: sharp claws, teeth, spikes.
