Details about the Scam: Puppy promised with transport. Exchange of money through Zelle. They tried to sell the puppy to my friend after I had already purchased it. Will not refund my money. I threatened to go to authorities and still will not refund. I have a fraudulent claim opened. Scam*******BEWARE!!
