How did you Pay: PayPal
Details about the Scam: Seller says they dropped off the puppy at the delivery company and paid the costs and provides a tracking number asking for reimbursement for the amount of delivery service + the puppy.
They tell you to send the money through PayPal as a “Friends and Family” transaction so it’s “faster.” PayPal does not protect “Friends and Family” transactions.
Details about the scam: PayPal does not offer buyer protection for “Friends and Family” transactions.
